Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:29 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers contacted a drunken man pushing a motorcycle down an alley between Oak Street and Lincoln Avenue. The man was told to leave the motorcycle and walk home.

1:40 a.m. Officers were called to a report of two acquaintances fighting at Sixth and Oak streets. Officers mediated the situation, and no one was arrested.

2:15 a.m. Officers stopped a car at Walton Creek Road and South Lincoln Avenue for speeding and arrested a 22-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of DUI.

9:20 a.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who possibly overdosed in the 300 block of Coronado Place.

10:12 a.m. Officers were called to a report of pool cues stolen from a bar in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue.

10:56 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a stolen motorcycle seen in Hahn’s Peak. The motorcycle was confiscated.

11:10 a.m. West Routt firefighters were called to help a person who got stung by a bee in the 36600 block of Routt County Road 27.

12:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of heroin drug paraphernalia found at Gondola Transit Center.

12:49 p.m. Officers were called to a report of road rage at Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road.

1:08 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a woman who had been partying a lot and was having an unknown medical problem in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

1:26 p.m. Officers were called to a report of someone who lost a $500 cruiser bike.

1:43 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of harassment in the 200 block of South Sharp Avenue in Oak Creek. A man knocked on a person’s door, asked weird questions and then asked for a glass of water. The man was given a glass of water and then said something threatening. The man was told to leave, and he ran away.

1:50 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken driver in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza. The driver could not be found.

2:29 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a 94-year-old woman who fell in the 32800 block of C.R. 18C near Steamboat.

2:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of gas stolen from a station in the 500 block of Marketplace Plaza.

5:04 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 28600 block of C.R. 6D near Yampa. A woman reported that a man was lying down in her shed and had two guns with him. Deputies contacted the man who had been hunting and walked to town after his car broke down. He was given a ride.

5:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who lost a wallet at a grocery store in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

5:22 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 1800 block of River Queen Lane. A woman thought someone came into her apartment while she was showering. There was no evidence that anyone came in.

7:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road. A patient had sent in a letter complaining about service.

7:49 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of gunshots in Oak Creek. They were fireworks.

9:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people scuffling at the 13th Street bus stop. A person got punched in the shoulder.

9:35 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of fireworks in Oak Creek. A warning was issued.

10:49 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person passed out on the Routt County Courthouse lawn.

11:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a loud party at Walton Creek Road and Après Ski Way. A warning was given.
