From the Jail Report: Thursday, Sept. 20

Michael S. Head, 31, Steamboat Springs — unlawful use of controlled substance, possession drug paraphernalia (SSPD)

Josef T. Masear, 27, Steamboat Springs — no proof of insurance, careless driving, possession of marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia, DUI, DUI per se (SSPD)

Hmm, so why does the paper decline to name people in the police record, but then name them in the jail report?
