Thursday: breaded pork medallions with peach/habanero sauce, quinoa and fresh corn

Friday: curried red snapper, rice

Monday: Mexican chicken mole over rice

Tuesday: Asian beef with peppers and oyster sauce over lo mein noddles

Wednesday: Bologna-style pasta

Thursday: Mongolian pork loin, corn with lime, sesame green beans with crispy fried shallots

Friday: homemade pizza

Monday: grilled ham and cheese, tomato soup, fresh pears, honey carrots, milk
