As the Steamboat Pilot & Today noted in its editorial this past Sunday, oil and gas development in Routt County is perhaps the most critical issue of this year’s county commissioner races. As the candidate for county commissioner running against incumbent Doug Monger, I think the citizens of Routt County deserve more than “relative clarity” on this important issue.
