Police, fire and ambulance calls

1 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of people fighting in a parking lot at Colorado Mountain College. Two men were given tickets for disorderly conduct, and they were given rides home.

7:55 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of graffiti on a wall in the 16000 block of Colorado Highway 131.

8:21 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged in the 2100 block of Resort Drive.

8:31 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a CD player taken from a car in the 2500 block of Riverside Drive.

9:43 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was unhappy with how traffic was being directed at a construction site on 13th Street.

12:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. People were arguing during a child custody exchange.

12:26 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

1:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:11 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 2600 block of Longthong Road.

5:55 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious person sitting in a parking lot in the 35700 block of U.S. Highway 40. The person had no place to go.

5:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a mother and daughter having a dispute in the 1700 block of Latigo Loop. Officers mediated the situation.

6:45 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a juvenile having a medical issue in the 300 block of Oak Street.

7:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a mother and daughter having a dispute in the 1700 block of Latigo Loop. Officers mediated the situation.

9:26 p.m. Oak Creek Police Department officers were called to a report of a vehicle that had crashed into the downtown fire station and drove away. There was minor damage to the building.

9:29 p.m. Officers were called to investigate a death in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. The cause is under investigation.

9:42 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a person receiving harassing phone calls.

10:56 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 400 block of North Lincoln Avenue in Oak Creek.
