Game time announced for Hayden's Saturday football playoff tilt

Steamboat Springs — The Hayden High School football team will play its opening round game of the Colorado 8-man football playoffs at 1 p.m. Saturday in Akron.
The 14th-seeded Tigers are familiar with the No. 3 Rams. The two teams played in the 2007 Class 1A semifinals, a game won 55-6 by Akron.
The teams share two common opponents this season. Both teams lost to No. 1 seed Dayspring Christian, and each crushed Belleview Christian.
Hayden’s league brethren, West Grand, plays at Dove Creek on Saturday.
