■ Items of a routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Routt County Board of Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any commissioner may request that an item be “pulled” from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may “request” any item be “pulled” from the consent agenda.

Surface and ground water monitoring in the Upper Yampa River Basin — David Brown, of the United States Geological Survey Colorado Water Science Center, will provide an update on the following:

■ Yampa River Basin (surface) Water Quality Retrospective Report

■ Yampa River Basin (surface) Water Quality Sampling for 2012

■ Draft preproposal for a groundwater monitoring project for Routt County

■ Moore Exemption PX2012-003

Consideration of approval and signing a Resolution confirming and approving a Division of Land as exempt from the Subdivision Regulations.

11:15 a.m. Road and Bridge/Janet Hruby

■ Green Truss Bridge Replacement Grant

Consideration to ratify chairperson’s signature of grant application to Special Highways Committee for replacement of the Green Truss Bridge in the amount of $816,000 including 80 percent grant ($652,800) and 20 percent county match ($163,200).

11:20 a.m. YVRA/Dave Ruppel

YVRA airlines rates and charges for 2012-2013 — Consideration for approval and authorization to establish the airline rates and charges for the 2012-13 season at Yampa Valley Regional Airport.

11:50 a.m. Public comment

■ Hahn’s Peak Roadhouse PUD Zoning Review — Consideration to approve a temporary minor amendment to the existing Steamboat Lake Outfitters PUD plan, clarification of temporary allowable uses and deadline for PUD amendment application.

4:30 p.m. Purchasing/Tim Winter

■ Increase expenditure authorization for the construction of Chicken Creek Bridge — Consideration for approval to increase total expenditure authorization to $293,500 for the project administrator for the constructions of Chicken Creek Bridge.

■ Update on community garden — Garret Pohlman

5 p.m. Planning/Chad Phillips

■ Continental Resources PP2011-052 — Consideration to approve the request to table the item indefinitely.

■ Socio-Economic impacts of oil and gas

development — Work session with the Routt County Planning Department to discuss socio-economic impacts of oil and gas development.
