— Penny Fletcher and Marne Roberts have completed the Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation program conducted by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

The MCNE program consists of training courses covering professional negotiation theory and techniques as well as practical application to real estate negotiation situations. The RENI is a member of the Harvard Program on Negotiation and researches negotiation literature across the world to bring the best possible training to real estate professionals.

With professional negotiation skills, agents are able to help clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their property.

Penny Fletcher has been active in the Steamboat Springs real estate market for the past 15 years. She is serving her third term as a director on the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and now is the chairwoman of the Steamboat Springs Multiple Listing Service.

“We are looking forward to using our skills to service both buyers and sellers,” Roberts said.
