The Hayden Public Library will be installing new carpet beginning today. The library will be closed Tuesday through Dec. 3 and will reopen at 10 a.m. Dec. 4. Meeting on Medicare open enrollment is Wednesday
Open enrollment for Medicare Part D is through Dec. 7. Medicare beneficiaries are able to change plans during this time. Seniors should review their prescription drug plan and make sure it works with the prescriptions they are taking, said Betsy Packer, Routt County Council on Aging’s counselor and coordinator for the Colorado State Health Insurance Assistance Program. VNA holds drop-in clinic for flu, pertussis shots
The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association will be holding a drop-in clinic for flu and pertussis (whooping cough) shots from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Steamboat Springs High School as well as from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays through Dec. 27 at the Steamboat Springs VNA office.
