7:52 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was scratched by two aggressive German shepherds in the first block of Seventh Street. Police said the dogs were tied to a truck bed but were able to jump out of it and scratch the woman as she walked by. The owner of the dogs was given a warning.
