A. Approval of Routt County Board of Commissioner meeting minutes on May 1, 2012, and minutes of the public meeting of the Board of Commissioners on April 24, 2012, for Quicksilver Resources that were given to the chairperson for final review this day.

B. Approval of corrected assessments and/or abatements, as listed.

C. Approval and authorization to sign a renewal for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. dba Stoker Bar for a hotel and restaurant liquor license, with optional premises, malt vinous and spirituous.

D. Approval and authorization to sign a renewal for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp dba Ragnars for a hotel and restaurant liquor license, malt vinous and spirituous.

E. Approval of two new manager registrations for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. for Stoker Bar and Ragnars.

F. Ratification of signature for reimbursement agreement between Quicksilver Resources and Routt County for engineering consulting services related to Pirtlaw 32-09 application.

G. Approval and signature on the annual 1451 Collaborative Management Program MOU between Routt County, the 14th Judicial District Probation Department, Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association, RE-1 School District, RE-2 School District, RE-3 School District, Advocates Against Battering & Abuse, d/dba/a Advocates Building Peaceful Communities, Colorado West Regional Mental Health and the Division of Youth Corrections for SFY13.

H. Signing of Elkhorn Subdivision, Filing No. 5 Plat and resolution.

I. Signing of Aspen Heights Subdivision, Filing No. 6 Plat and resolution.

1:45 to 1:55 p.m. Public comment

Public comment will be heard on any item except quasi-judicial land-use items. Commissioners will take public comment under consideration but will not make any decision nor take action at this time.

1:55 to 2:40 p.m. Routt County Assessor Gary Peterson

1a. Update on the implementation of HB11-1146 changing the classification of certain improved agricultural properties not integral to the underlying agriculture operation from agricultural to residential.

2:40 to 2:55 p.m. Yampa Valley Regional Airport Manager Dave Ruppel

2a. Discussion related to the YVRA restaurant financial performance for the 2011-12 winter.

2:55 to 3:25 p.m. Purchasing/Tim Winter

3a. Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process, so as not to cause undue delay of the construction of Chicken Creek Bridge, and approve and authorize the chairperson to sign a contract, once approved by the county attorney, for the construction management of Chicken Creek Bridge.

3b. Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process, so as not to cause undue delay of the construction of Slater Creek Bridge, and approve and authorize the chairperson to sign a contract, once approved by the county attorney, for the

construction management of Slater Creek Bridge.

3c. Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process, so as not to cause undue delay of the construction of the roundabout on Routt County Road 27, and approve and authorize the chairperson to sign a contract, once approved by the county attorney, for the construction management of the C.R. 27 roundabout.

3d. Consideration for approval and authorization of chairperson to sign contract, once approved by county attorney, to provide consulting services for air quality monitoring recommendations and services pertaining to the drilling of new oil and gas wells in Routt County (tabled from May 22, 2012.)

3:25 to 3:35 p.m. Environmental Health/Mike Zopf

4a. Discussion and consideration for approval of a task order contract between the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Routt County Board of Commissioners to provide support for public health services.

4 to 4:15 p.m. North Routt Preschool/Brandon LaChance

5a. Preschool update, subordination of deed of trust and Challenge Grant information.
