Steamboat Springs 1:24 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers investigated a bear call at 11th and Oak streets.
9:53 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a person who was receiving harassing phone calls in Oak Creek. It possibly was a scam.
10 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bike stolen in the first block of Eighth Street. The bike actually was stolen previously and did not belong to the person who reported it stolen. The bike had been returned to the original owner.
10:07 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a table saw stolen from a residence overnight in the 3100 block of Elk River Road.
11:55 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person having a medical issue in the 28400 block of Thorpe Mountain Drive near Oak Creek.
11:58 a.m. Officers were called to a report of golf clubs and a golf bag that possibly were stolen at a golf course in the 1200 block of Steamboat Boulevard. The stolen items reportedly were worth $800.
12:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged at a parking lot in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
12:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a business owner who suspected an employee had taken money in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
1:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bike stolen a month earlier in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
1:47 p.m. A person came to the police station and reported finding a bag with about $130 in change in the back of their pickup parked downtown.
3:47 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of people trespassing and drinking alcohol at the hot springs in the 44200 block of Routt County Road 36. They were gone when deputies arrived.
5:17 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of illegal burning in the 22800 block of C.R. 15 near Yampa. The fire was extinguished, and the property owners were advised of fire restrictions in place.
6:15 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who may have overdosed in Oak Creek.
6:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a barking dog in the 1200 block of Buckskin Drive. The owners were contacted, and a warning was given.
7:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person trying to buy a cellphone at a business in Central Park Plaza. The person was unable to finish buying the phone before the store closed and was allowed to go home with a sober driver who was waiting outside.
7:39 p.m. Officers were called to a report of criminal mischief in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. Someone let air out of four truck tires.
8:54 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a chain going across a property that had been broken in the 43100 block of C.R. 44. Deputies could not find anyone that might have gone onto the property.
