■ Discussion regarding the waiver of the formal purchasing process to purchase through the state bid process; approval of the purchase of 61 Dell desktop personal computers and seven HP laptop personal computers from Insight using U.S. Communities pricing; approval of the purchase of software licenses for the new and additional computers from Insight through the Microsoft Volume License Agreement; and approval for signing the purchase orders for the computers and software licenses

■ Discussion to approve the award and authorization for chairperson to sign contract, once approved by the county attorney, for a Transportation Plan Consultant. Consultant will be responsible to identify traffic and road impacts, along with recommendations and estimated costs to mitigate these impacts for companies or individuals applying for oil and gas special use permit.

■ Discussion for approval and authorization of chairperson to sign contract, once approved by the county attorney, to provide hydraulic modeling, design and all necessary construction documents for water storage tanks to meet all potable and fire suppression water requirements at YVRA.
