12:30 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bear in the 3100 block of Columbine Drive. Officers scared away the bear.

1:01 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person yelling for help somewhere along Fish Creek Falls Road. Officers were not able to hear or find anyone.

1:20 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The person was given a courtesy ride home.

2:17 a.m. Officers contacted juveniles pushing each other around in shopping carts near Fourth Street. Officers issued summonses to two minors for possessing alcohol.

2:30 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 500 block of Eighth Street. A woman told police a man rang her doorbell and said he was looking for a friend. The woman said the person he was looking for did not live in the house. The man then tried to enter the home, but ran away after the woman called police.

2:55 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person at Stone Lane and Hiawatha Court. The person was taken to detox.

5:33 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 100 block of Trafalgar Drive. Officers scared away the bar.

5:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

6:08 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear on Anglers Drive.

9:18 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet lost in the first block of 10th Street.

9:57 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 200 block of Anglers Drive.

10 a.m. Officers pulled over a vehicle traveling 5 mph that had all of its tires flattened, its roof caved in and windshield busted out. Police said the driver, a 41-year-old Steamboat woman, rolled the vehicle down an embankment near the Steamboat Springs Cemetery and was trying to continue to drive home after suffering minor injuries. The woman was taken to the hospital and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

11:48 a.m. Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

12:12 p.m. Parks and Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear in the 400 block of Ore House Plaza.

12:21 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies and police officers in Steamboat were called to a report of a plane crash at the Steamboat Springs Airport. A plane flying to Steamboat from Eagle County flipped onto its roof during a crash landing. The three men inside walked away from the aircraft with minor injuries.

3:53 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suicide in Steamboat.

7:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury car crash in the 1700 block of Central Park Drive.

8:47 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 300 block of Third Street.

10:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a possible drunken driver who was speeding through a parking lot in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. Officers did not locate the vehicle.

11:25 p.m. Officers on foot patrol came upon at a fight at Yampa and Seventh streets. The fight was mediated.
