1:58 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to check on the welfare of a man in the 200 block of Bell Avenue in Oak Creek. He could not be found.
4:49 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident in the 2800 block of Riverside Plaza.
5:08 a.m. Officers were called to a noise complaint in the 200 block of Hill Street.
8:34 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of fraud in the 14000 block of Routt County Road 7 near Yampa. A man reported purchasing a donkey from a person on Craigslist, and the man was upset because he thought the Craigslist description was not an accurate representation of the donkey. Deputies referred the man to the civil courts.
8:47 a.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 3300 block of Columbine Drive. A summons issued to a man because he was suspected of harassing his wife’s boyfriend over the phone.
8:57 a.m. Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear in the 200 block of River Road.
9:16 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a $1,700 singlespeed Surly mountain bike stolen from the 200 block of James Street.
10:24 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of fraud in the 21200 block of Colorado Highway 131 near Phippsburg. A person reported receiving a phone call from a “Google specialist” who wanted credit card numbers.
10:47 a.m. Officers were called to a report of $200 worth of tools, sunglasses, cash and change stolen from a car in the 1300 block of Skyview Lane.
11:59 a.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza. A neighbor was banging on the ceiling, and the resident was scared.
1:19 p.m. Officers issued a written warning to a bicyclist for riding on a sidewalk near Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.
1:58 p.m. Division of Parks and Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear in a Dumpster at a grocery store in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
2:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a purse taken from a car in the first block of Anglers Drive.
2:45 p.m. Officers were called to help with a man in his 70s who had a suspected heart attack and died at a residence on Athens Plaza.
3:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man and his ex-wife arguing at Soda Creek Elementary School.
4:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a 9-year-old boy who had not shown up to baseball practice after school. The child was located at his mother’s office.
7:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fraud at a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. A man who was suspected of passing a bad check at the store a previous day was arrested.
7:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an altercation between an 18-year-old man and a male juvenile in the 600 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
8:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear near a grocery store in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
9:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of criminal mischief in the 1300 block of Skyview Lane. A person noticed the glovebox in their car had been opened, but nothing appeared to be missing.
9:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of kids fire twirling at a parking lot near Shadow Run Court. They could not be found.
11:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear at Walton Creek Road and South Lincoln Avenue.
