4:30 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious person who appeared to be breaking into a car at Yampa and Seventh streets. Police determined that the man owned the car and was sleeping out of it.

6:56 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Shady Lane in Hayden.

10:57 a.m. Officers in Steamboat were called to a report of a wallet found in the 400 block of Third Street.

12:51 p.m. An officer came across three men drinking at Little Toots Park and arrested a 20-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of violating a protection order that prohibited him from consuming alcohol. The man also was cited for possessing alcohol as a minor.

1:25 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of gunshots near mile marker 14 of Routt County Road 16 in Oak Creek. No other information was available.

3:03 p.m. Officers were called to a report of criminal mischief in the first block of Cedar Court. Police said someone had slashed the tires of a sedan and smashed the windshield. No suspect information was available.

4:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash in the 600 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

5:26 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bike found in the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6:33 p.m. Officers pulled over a vehicle at Walton Creek Road and U.S. Highway 40 and arrested the driver, a 21-year-old Steamboat man, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, speeding, possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:25 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a burglary in the 100 block of West Oak Street in Oak Creek. No other information was available.
