12:13 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of threats being made in the 1100 block of Longview Circle. Officers arrested a man from Craig in his mid-20s on suspicion of harassment.
1:31 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a suspicious person near mile marker 116 of U.S. Highway 40. No other information was available.
1:36 a.m. Officers were called to a report of domestic violence in the 1800 block of Burgess Creek. Police arrested a 40-year-old Denver man on suspicion of second-degree assault.
2:31 a.m. Officers were called to a noise complaint in the 100 block of Hillside Drive. Police told attendees of a large party to keep the noise down.
8:22 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a theft in the 300 block of South Sharp Avenue in Oak Creek.
9:38 a.m. Officers and deputies were called to a report of a transient man at West Third Street and Main Street in Yampa yelling that he was going to kill people. The man was contacted by deputies.
11:51 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a hit-and-run in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
2:36 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to a report of a man in a kayak who was drowning at Charlie’s Hole in the Yampa River. The man reportedly was underwater for two minutes but was out of the river and OK when officers arrived.
4:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of property found at Downhill Drive and Lincoln Avenue.
5:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman shoplifting in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The woman, who was suspected of stealing makeup, was issued a court summons.
11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a missing 13-year-old girl in the 1100 block of Yampa Street. The girl made her way home.
