C. Approval of the State Human Service Electronic Benefit Transfer in the amount of $140,253.12 through April 2012.

D. Approval of and signature on of the State of Colorado Department of Local Affairs Community Services Block Grant agreement with Routt County for the period from March 1, 2012, to Sept. 30, 2015, in the amount of $16,504 (this amount is for the first year only; Routt County will receive notice later of the amount for the other two years). Contract includes an MOU with LIFT-UP of Routt County to perform the administrative function of eligibility determination.
