12:44 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bear at Oak and Ninth streets. It was sitting in the middle of the road and was chased away.
7:02 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a person passing illegally while driving near mile marker 119 on U.S. Highway 40.
7:46 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 1600 block of Red Hawk Court. A person thought someone had gone through their car, but the person did not know whether anything was missing.
9:27 a.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the first block of Jackpine Court. The person could not be found.
9:33 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 600 block of Amethyst Drive. A person thought someone was following them. Officers arrested a 57-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of violating a restraining order.
10:47 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an iPod stolen from an unlocked car in the 3000 block of Village Drive.
12:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of $1,200 in tools stolen from the back of a pickup in the 1500 block of Shadow Run Court.
1:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car parked in a parking lot for a couple days in the 1300 block of 13th Street.
1:26 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car blocking a turn lane with no emergency lights on at Walton Creek Road and South Lincoln Avenue. A tow truck was called.
1:44 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the first block of East Maple Street.
3 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a cleaning van that was missing from a property management company in the 2100 block of Resort Drive. It last was seen two weeks ago and still is missing.
3:44 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a person in the 300 block of Terhune Avenue in Yampa who was bitten by a neighbor’s dog.
4:15 p.m. Deputies arrested a 36-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of being a fugitive of justice.
4:26 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help with a person possibly having a stroke in the 1100 block of Blue Sage Drive.
4:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a possible drunken driver at Anglers Drive and South Lincoln Avenue.
6:07 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a possible drunken driver near mile marker 123 on U.S. Highway 40.
6:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of CDs taken from an unlocked car in the 3000 block of Village Drive.
