Applications for artist entries for the 11th annual Bust of Steamboat are being accepted. Artists should provide a rendering or description of the intended entry and complete the application for consideration. Download an application at www.thebustofsteamboat.org or call 970-846-4554.
The Yampa Valley Breast Cancer Awareness Project selection committee is looking for 20 artists and sponsors for the October fundraiser. All funds raised benefit women with breast cancer in Routt and Moffat counties. The event is from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 26 at Three Peaks Grill.

Friends of Hayden Library holding a raffle fundraiser
Friends of the Hayden Library is holding an Easter basket raffle fundraiser. Tickets are $1 each or six for $5 and can be purchased at the library. The baskets were donated by the Steamboat Walgreens. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward a grant for children’s books.
