The Oak Creek Planning Commission will meet Wednesday night to consider amendments to the town’s land-use code. The commission will consider changes to land-use definitions, including light industrial and agricultural, as well as various alterations to the code’s language.
“We’re basically doing housekeeping,” Planning Commission Chairman Jeff Gustafson said. “We found some things we’d like to change.”
Some people are seeking changes in Performance District 7 similar to those made in Performance District 1 by a Feb. 9 ordinance passed by the Oak Creek Town Board, Gustafson said. The Feb. 9 ordinance removed some restrictions on land-use changes and uses.
The meeting is at 7 p.m. at Oak Creek Town Hall.
