Steamboat Springs The Hayden High School girls basketball team had four girls named to the Class 2A Western Slope League, including one being named the Senior Player of the Year.
Tigers forward Erin Koehler was named the player of the year, as well as getting named to the Colorado High School Coaches Association game June 9 in Alamosa.
Aubree Haskins and Brette Frentress also were named first team while Kelsey Rolando was named honorable mention.
“You wish you could nominate them all because at some point, they all contributed,” Hayden coach Michelle Wilkie said. “But these four were all very deserving.”
