Edgemont records sale of $875K condominium

Steamboat Springs — Officials at Edgemont, the luxury ski-in, ski-out condominium project at the base of Steamboat Ski Area, announced this week the sale of a two-bedroom condominium on the fourth floor for $875,000.
That sale compares to the July 2010 sale of a slightly larger two-bedroom condominium on the same floor for $1.08 million. The home that sold in 2010 is 40 square feet larger than the 1,419-square-foot model that sold this week.
