— The hits just keep coming from Steamboat Springs Nordic combined skier Bryan Fletcher. He notched yet another top 10 finish in a Nordic combined World Cup event, finishing seventh in an event in Lahti, Finland. It was his fourth trip inside the top 10 at a World Cup event this season.

Fletcher started the skiing portion of the race in fourth place thanks to another strong jump. He even moved up a spot but couldn’t hang on in the final kilometer as the pack caught up. He ended up 18 seconds behind top finisher Jan Schmid, of Norway.

Taylor Fletcher also had a strong showing, finishing 26th in the event. Nick Hendrickson was 50th for the United States.

The team will return to action next week in Oslo, Norway, for the World Cup finale.
