12:15 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bear in the 3200 block of Village Drive.
1:30 a.m. Officers contacted a drunken person lying in a parking lot at a gas station in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The person was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
8:10 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a car that hit a fence and left in the 41500 block of Routt County Road 44 near Steamboat.
9:32 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a reckless driver at Colorado Highway 131 and U.S. Highway 40.
9:48 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of an illegal campfire on Forest Service Road 433 off Seedhouse Road. The campers were issued a summons to appear in court, and the fire was put out.
12:28 p.m. A person turned in a cellphone found Saturday at the Farmers Market.
12:30 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car illegally parked in a handicapped spot in the 500 block of Anglers Drive. It was gone when officers arrived.
12:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a purse stolen from a condo in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road.
1:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of car that had its side mirror hit in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
2:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash at Lincoln Avenue and 13th Street.
2:33 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a dump truck driving too close to cyclists near mile marker 48 on Colo. 131.
2:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man with long hair yelling and cursing at people in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. The man was panhandling and was told to leave the property.
3:26 p.m. Officers were called to a report of two boys playing with cap guns at Mariah Court and Zephyr Trail. The person who reported it was concerned a spark from the guns could start a fire.
4:45 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 800 block of The Boulevard. A 52-year-old Steamboat woman was arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief related to a broken window.
5:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash at Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
6:46 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of people smoking outside their car at Dry Lake Campground.
7:04 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help with a flower bed that was smoldering in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
7:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash at Sixth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
7:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an illegal fire in the 700 block of McKinley Street. People had a small warming fire, and they were given a warning.
8:01 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an illegal fire in the 800 block of Weiss Circle. People were grilling cheeseburgers, and everything was fine.
8:21 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear with an injured leg in a Dumpster in the 1000 block of Pine Grove Road.
9:06 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to a report of a structure fire near mile marker 12 on C.R. 16. Two sheds were on fire and 30 turkeys died. The fire was extinguished.
9:40 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people having a fire in their backyard near Blue Sage Drive and Fish Creek Falls Road.
10:09 p.m. Officers were called to a report of kids playing with paintball guns and breaking windows at Sixth and Oak streets. The kids had permission to break the windows because the building is being razed.
11:35 p.m. Officers were called to help people who had locks put on their bikes outside a bar in the 700 block of Yampa Street.
11:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fireworks in the 2500 block of Après Ski Way.
