12:46 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a person who saw something suspicious northwest of Oak Creek. Deputies were unable to locate it.
12:59 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bear in the 3300 block of Après Ski Way.
1:06 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a window broken at a bar in the 700 block of Yampa Street. Officers said a bouncer reported being threated with a knife by a man who also punched a customer. A 27-year-old Steamboat man was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
5:58 a.m. Officers contacted a drunken person near Third Street and Lincoln Avenue.
6:08 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a burglary in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive. The resident reported that a safe had been rummaged through but that it did not contain anything valuable. A $200 briefcase was taken. The incident is being investigated.
8:57 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft in the first block of Hillside Drive. An $8,000 Ellsworth mountain bike was taken along with bike parts, tools, a pump and two longboards. The theft is being investigated.
1:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bag with cash and identification taken from a business in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
2:37 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of an accident in the 37100 block of Routt County Road 14. A woman driving a scooter crashed and suffered minor injuries.
4:37 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a man who was involved in an all-terrain vehicle accident and was unconscious and not breathing on C.R. 62 near Clark. A 52-year-old Clark man died from injuries sustained in the crash.
6:43 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who had been threatened by a man.
7:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken woman who was refusing to get on a bus near Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. Her friends were trying to get her home and last reported seeing her lying on the ground.
9:05 p.m. Officers found a highly intoxicated man passed out at Skyview Lane and Cedar Court, and he was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
11:02 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people being loud at a volleyball court near Sparta Plaza. Everything was fine when officers arrived.
11:09 p.m. Officers were called to help find a missing woman. She was located Friday.
11:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was having trouble opening and closing his or her car door at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.
11:36 p.m. A woman came to the police department and reported being assaulted by another woman earlier in the week. The incident is under investigation.
