12:59 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bike stolen from the 800 block of Yampa Street.
1:56 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight involving four men in the 700 block of Yampa Street. The fight was broken up before officers arrived.
3:35 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight involving multiple men in the first block of Sequoia Court. Police said the fight was mediated, and none of the men wanted to press charges.
8:06 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bag containing rodeo gear that was found in the 700 block of Yampa Street.
8:11 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Colorado State Patrol troopers were called to a report of a noninjury car crash on Routt County Road 129.
11:01 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a trespass in the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 40.
1:48 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a hit-and-run in the 1300 block of Blue Sage Drive.
3:39 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury car crash in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:06 p.m. Officers were called to a report of five men who were loitering in the 800 block of Weiss Drive. Officers contacted the men, and everything was OK.
6:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a cellphone lost in the 800 block of Yampa Street.
9:06 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight involving multiple men in the 2000 block of Walton Creek Road. The men took off as officers arrived in the area, and police were unable to find them.
9:22 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear at Knobb and Broad streets.
9:34 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about fireworks being set off in the 1800 block of Montview Lane. Police issued a ticket to the people who set off the fireworks because they violated a statewide fire ban.
9:44 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person receiving harassing text messages from an unknown sender.
10:25 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a loud party on Cornice Road. Police told the partygoers to keep the noise down.
11:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 1900 block of Cornice Road. Police mediated an argument between people who were in the pool after it had closed.
11:37 p.m. Officers arrested a 32-year-old Steamboat man in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue who was suspected of violating a protection order that prohibited him from drinking alcohol. The man attempted to run from the officers and fought with them during the arrest. He was detained on suspicion of resisting arrest and violating a protection order.
