The Oak Creek Town Board meets at 7 p.m. Thursday in Oak Creek Town Hall. The board will consider a resolution to implement watering restrictions as well as a special-events permit to allow alcohol to be served at the Taste of South Routt event June 30.
Elk River Road northbound traffic detoured this week
Northbound traffic on Elk River Road from U.S. Highway 40 will be detoured to Downhill Drive starting today to accommodate the replacement of an existing water line. Steamboat library Summer Reading Program ongoing
Bud Werner Memorial Library’s “Dream Big!” Summer Reading Program for children ages 5 to 10 is ongoing through Aug. 2. There will be stories, crafts and activities from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays in the Story-time Room.
