6:01 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a car that was broken into in the 1300 block of Skyview Lane. There were 12 other car break-ins reported in the area by midafternoon.
6:35 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of two people having a disagreement in the 58100 block of Jupiter Place in Clark.
7:33 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious car on Rawhide Trail near Oak Creek.
8:47 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a wire fence that had been cut in the 41900 block of Routt County Road 36.
8:52 a.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help with a fuel spill at a gas station in the 200 block of West Jefferson Avenue.
9:29 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a dog that bit another dog in the 400 block of Parkview Drive.
11:47 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza after construction workers hit a natural gas line.
12:03 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a reckless driver near mile marker 144 on U.S. Highway 40.
12:54 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.
1:53 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a piece of construction equipment left in the 1900 block of Alpine Plaza.
2:26 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.
2:32 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who possibly had overdosed in Steamboat.
3:04 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a reckless driver near mile marker 125 on U.S. 40.
6:22 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man carrying a bow down the Yampa River Core Trail near Emerald Park. Officers contacted the man, and everything was fine.
6:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of river rock stolen from a hotel in the 3100 block of Ingles Lane.
7:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a customer causing a disturbance at a business in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
7:24 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person having difficulty breathing in the 200 block of South Sharp Street.
7:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a van driving slowly and swerving on U.S. 40 on the west side of Steamboat. The van could not be found.
7:51 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 1700 block of Highland Way.
7:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person burning trash in a barrel in the 300 block of Third Street. Officers told them to stop.
8:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear walking near Soda Creek. It was gone when officers arrived.
8:16 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person having an unknown medical problem in the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
11:03 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue. Officers scared the bear away.
