Rotary Youth Exchange is seeking 6 host families
Steamboat Springs Rotary clubs are looking for six host families to share their homes for about three months with students from other countries. For the 2012-13 academic year, there are two students lined up to come to Steamboat: a boy from Brazil and a girl from Mexico. Both students are 17 years old, good students and motivated. The students arrive in August and return home in mid-June. Host families do not have to be involved in Rotary or have children in the school system. Students have their own spending money and medical insurance. Those interested should contact Lynaia South at lynaia.hmlaw@springsips.com or 970-879-9300, or Tracy Barnett at tracy@mainstreetsteamboat.com or 970-846-1800.
