Yes it does Rhys and no intention at a pun but it is the ripple effect of the paranoia created by 720. Erich it required them to respond thus making it "an incident" and putting it in the record.

Terry -- While "criminal mischief" is an umbrella charge covering all sorts of no-no's -- I must confess I have no knowledge of the 720 you keep referring to. Please enlighten me.
