The N-CTRL coalition led by Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association and Grand Futures Prevention Coalition is conducting a public opinion survey to gather information about youth tobacco use in Craig, Hayden and Oak Creek. Aging Well summer class calendars now available
Aging Well, a program of the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association, has summer class calendars available featuring fitness classes for older adults. Classes are offered in Steamboat, Hayden, Oak Creek and Yampa. The summer schedule includes tai chi, Arthritis Foundation Exercise and Healthier Living, a chronic disease self-management workshop. Most classes are ongoing and drop-ins are welcome. There is a $3 requested donation per class unless otherwise noted.
