Steamboat snowboard cross racer Max Miller places 3rd in Michigan

Steamboat Springs — Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club snowboard cross racer Max Miller placed third Monday at a Revolution Tour event in Ostego, Mich.
Miller’s time was three seconds behind overall winner Michael Plachter and one second behind second-place finisher Joshua Cohen. The event continues all week with ski and snowboard half-pipe, as well as ski and snowboard slope-style.
