Steamboat Ski Area master plan meeting is Wednesday

Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp. hosts a master plan meeting from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Burgess Creek II meeting room at The Steamboat Grand.

Resort officials seek to gather community input on the ski area’s proposed 10-year plan.

The plan includes building four new ski lifts and replacing another four during the next decade. It also calls for expanding terrain near Sunshine Bowl and Pioneer Ridge, expanding restaurant facilities and establishing a new Rough Rider Learning Center.
