Winter Sports Club's Billy Winters finishes in 2nd at Copper Mountain

Steamboat Springs — Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club snowboard cross rider Billy Winters picked up two second-place finishes during the weekend at a USA Snowboard Association regional event in Copper Mountain.
Winters finished second Saturday and Sunday in the boarder cross 14 to 15 age group.
