Fran Conlon: Starbucks refinery?

There is much concern about drilling in Routt County. I think that it might make sense to not only be concerned with drilling, hydraulic fracking and roads, but also to be concerned with a small oil refinery for Northwest Colorado. Locally processed gas could be presented to the consumer at a lower price. If local oil were $50 a barrel, that might be gas for $2 a gallon. To calm fears, the small refinery could have a Starbucks and then be oh-so-Steamboat.
