12:10 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person urinating in public near a bar in the 600 block of Yampa Street.
12:21 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a female domestic abuse victim who thought her ex-boyfriend was at her house. It was not her ex-boyfriend.
12:29 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a taxi driver who saw people fighting at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. Officers could not find the people.
12:47 a.m. Officers were called to a report of five drunken people being loud and causing a disturbance at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.
1:41 a.m. Officers were called to a report of people climbing a fence to access a hot tub in the first block of Cedar Court. The people were told to not return, and they left.
3:27 a.m. Officers were called to a report of people being loud in the first block of Spruce Street. They were given a warning.
6:57 a.m. Officers helped Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters with a 26-year-old man having a seizure at a hotel in the 1000 block of Walton Creek Road.
7:36 a.m. Officers were called to a report of someone who broke the glass in the front door of a home and gained entry in the 300 block of Sixth Street. It didn’t appear as though anything was missing, and no suspect information was available.
9:48 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a black Jeep Cherokee stolen Jan. 3 from the 800 block of Weiss Drive. The keys were left under the seat of the unlocked car. No suspect information was available, and the incident is under investigation.
11:08 a.m. Officers were called to a report of someone repeatedly calling a business at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue and stating the business owned him or her money. It was a suspected scam.
11:10 a.m. Officers were called to a report of identity theft in Steamboat.
11:21 a.m. Officers were called to a report of $400 skis stolen from Steamboat Ski Area.
2:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people unlawfully using ski passes at Steamboat Ski Area. Ski area officials handled the situation.
3:56 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury accident in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bike found at Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
4:52 p.m. Officers were called to a report of skis found in the 1000 block of Pine Street. It’s suspected they might have fallen from a car.
5:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury accident at U.S. Highway 40 and Downhill Drive.
6:50 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken man wandering around in the 800 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
9:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man drinking a beer in a car in a parking lot at Yampa Valley Medical Center. The man was gone when officers arrived.
11:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who thought her sister might be suicidal in Steamboat.
11:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of gunshots at Lincoln Avenue and 12th Street. It is suspected the noise came from fireworks across the Yampa River.
