12:55 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a complaint about noise on Buckingham Lane.

12:57 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of two women fighting in the 2200 block of Après Ski Way. Police said the victim in the fight was trying to keep the other woman from driving while intoxicated. The victim told police the intoxicated woman said she would shoot her if she tried to take her keys away. The intoxicated woman pulled out a handgun and got into a car and tried to drive away. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect, a 51-year-old Steamboat woman, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and prohibited use of a weapon. Police confiscated a .38 caliber handgun from the woman. The incident is under investigation.

1:56 a.m. Deputies pulled over and arrested a 23-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and throwing burning material from his car near mile marker 140 of U.S. Highway 40.

4:46 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car crash at Routt County Roads 76 and 78 near Hayden.

5:51 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an intoxicated person at Safeway. Officers were unable to locate the person.

6:59 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 2600 block of Riverside Drive. Police said a male in his 20s got in a fight with the hosts of a party he was attending and punched out a window of the home on his way out. Officers cited the man for criminal mischief.

7:09 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a car crash at Hilltop Parkway and Mill Run. A car went off the road, and there was no damage.

7:42 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft in the 400 block of Eighth Street. Officers arrested a 25-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of theft and felony menacing after police said the man, who was armed with a crowbar, chased an acquaintance down Eighth Street. The victim told police he thinks the man stole $350 worth of DJ mixing equipment from him. Officers said the man apparently took exception to the accusation of theft and chased his accuser with a crowbar.

8:43 a.m. Officers were called to assist with a broken water main on C.R. 129 near Downhill Drive. Police shut off the water, and the main is expected to be fixed Tuesday.

9:01 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury car crash at Après Ski Way and Village Drive.

9:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft of an estimated $1,000 worth of meat, spices and other food from a home in the 3000 block of Mountaineer Circle. The theft is under investigation.

11:07 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a one-car, noninjury crash in the 3400 block of Airport Circle.

11:26 a.m. Officers and Advocates Building Peaceful Communities volunteers were called to a report of domestic violence. Officers arrested a 24-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of harassment.

11:28 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a trespass in the 30200 block of C.R. 14B.

2:29 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of Roselawn Avenue in Yampa.

3:09 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat for a 25-year-old woman who was having difficulty breathing. The woman was taken to the hospital.

5:31 p.m. Officers and Advocates Building Peaceful Communities volunteers were called to a report of domestic violence in Steamboat. Officers arrested a 54-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of third-degree assault and violating a protection order.

6:52 p.m. Officers were called to Yampa Valley Medical Center’s emergency department to take an intoxicated man who was brought to the hospital earlier in the day to detox.

9:50 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a trespass in the 42000 block of C.R. 46.

10:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police came across an intoxicated male and gave him a courtesy ride home.

10:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of threats in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive. Police said a husband of a patient at YVMC was arguing with medical staff. The man was asked to leave.

10:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of vandalism at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.

11:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet found at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police still are looking for the owner.

11:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a verbal argument in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court.

mtroach- This seems like as good a place as any ... Let the comments begin! If I'm not mistaken, this is the second time I've heard of her flashing a gun in public.
