Steamboat Springs That was the easiest yet most frustrating win the Hayden High School boys basketball team has had all year.
Hayden was supposed to play Vail Mountain at home Friday. The only problem was Vail Mountain didn’t show up.
For the record, the win will go down as a 1-0 Hayden victory. Who scored the point?
“I did,” Tigers coach Mike Luppes said.
Luppes said Vail Mountain didn’t think there was a game despite it being on a plethora of schedules.
No telling whether Vail Mountain will show in Soroco on Saturday.
