At about 7 p.m., power went out to some west Steamboat Springs residents because of a blown fuse.
Most customers had electricity back about an hour later.
It was unclear how many residents were affected, but power was expected to be restored to all residents by 9 p.m., according to a Yampa Valley Electric Association spokesman.
