It’s only the most important stretch of the season for Steamboat. The team is tied with Chatfield for sixth in the Foothills Conference standings and sits one spot behind Monarch. Should Steamboat come away with a pair of wins, the team assuredly is in the playoffs. A split makes it tougher, and two losses all but eliminate the Sailors.
