On the Market: Yazbeck leads Coldwell Banker in 2011 sales
Friday, February 3, 2012
Steamboat Springs Robert Yazbeck was recently named the top-producing sales associate of 2011 in total sales volume for the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Steamboat Springs office.
“Robert Yazbeck exemplifies the standards of excellence for which Coldwell Banker sales associates are known,” said Giles Howard, managing director of the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Steamboat Springs office. “We are proud to have him as part of our network.”
Yazbeck moved to Steamboat Springs in 2002 and, discovering his passion for real estate in summer 2006, began his career with Century 21 Ski Town Associates. In his first year, he received the Centurion Award, producing more than $8 million of sales.
Intrawest CEO says resort construction is a ways off
Intrawest CEO Bill Jensen told a Steamboat audience he doesn’t foresee new resort multifamily construction returning until after the country’s traditional home building market recovers.
“We can prepare for it,” Jensen said, “but the resort market will trail the residential market. And you can build anything if it won’t sell for more than what it cost to build it.”
