Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:20 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of an accident at Routt County Road 14 and Colorado Highway 131. Numerous accidents occurred during the day, and no serious injuries were reported.

1:41 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who fell and was bleeding from the head in the 2200 block of Après Ski Way.

2:10 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers contacted a drunken man in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man was given a ride home and released to a sober person.

7:28 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of Pamela Lane. A man was sleeping in a shed and was arrested related to an assault that occurred in Milner the night before.

8:22 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of property taken from hot springs in the 44200 block of C.R. 36.

9:48 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of two people having a disagreement in the 200 block of Main Street in Yampa. An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of menacing, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

10:52 a.m. A found wallet was turned in at the police station.

2:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was going into areas of a hotel that were not open to the public in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court.

3:12 p.m. Officers were called to help with removing a guest from a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

3:51 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of fraud in the 500 block of Terhune Avenue in Yampa.

4:58 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a package stolen from a doorstep in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle.

5:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was acting strangely in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6:12 p.m. Deputies were called to investigate a controlled burn on Colt Trail near Oak Creek.

6:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of hotel patrons who were upset because hotel staff took alcohol away from them in an area where alcohol was not allowed in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

8:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was receiving vulgar and harassing text messages from a coworker.

10:09 p.m. Officers contacted a drunken person in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle, and they were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

11:01 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who left a bar in the 700 block of Yampa Street without paying his tab. Police found the 39-year-old man, and he was arrested on suspicion of theft.
