Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:32 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a fight between two women on a city bus in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road. The women were separated.

12:36 a.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a loud noise in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

2:04 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a possible drunken driver near Walton Creek Road and Timber Run. Police were unable to locate the driver.

2:36 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident at Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police said two intoxicated women put a bench in the middle of Lincoln Avenue and ran away. Police found the women and made them return the bench to the business they took it from.

4:22 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person walking in the middle of the road at Snow Bowl Plaza and Lincoln Avenue. Police were unable to find the person.

4:31 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken woman at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police called a taxi for the woman.

9:03 a.m. Officers and Steamboat Fire Rescue paramedics were called to a report of a noninjury car crash at Evans and 13th streets.

9:58 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a report of a car crash at Routt County Road 33B and C.R. 33.

1:04 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a noninjury car crash in the 17000 block of U.S. Highway 40.

1:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a found driver's license in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.

2:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-vehicle, noninjury car crash at Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road.

3:26 p.m. Routt County Search and Rescue volunteers were called to rescue three snowmobilers who were stuck on Buffalo Pass.

4:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a found set of keys in the 800 block of Yampa Street.

4:26 p.m. Officers pulled over and arrested a 53-year-old man who was suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and driving carelessly near the intersection of Pine Grove Road and U.S. Highway 40.

5:01 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a noninjury car crash in the 39000 block of Amethyst Drive.

5:41 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. A man found a blue plastic container on a bench. No other information was available.

7:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft of a jacket from the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.

9:33 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a loud noise in the 200 block of Sixth Street.

How many incidents involve ALCOHOL ???? Think about it and the folks worry about marijuana. It's a crazy world.
