A winter weather advisory is in effect for the Elkhead, Park and Flat Tops ranges from noon Sunday through 6 a.m. Tuesday. Steamboat is forecast to get 8 to 15 inches of snow with as much as 20 inches above 9,000 feet, according to the National Weather Service office in Grand Junction.
