Steamboat briefs: Horizons receives $15,000 from El Pomar Foundation

Horizons Specialized Services has received a $15,000 grant from the El Pomar Foundation to assist with the construction of an eight-unit apartment complex for adults with developmental disabilities, according to a news release.
