Police, fire and ambulance calls

2:20 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers contacted a suspicious man pushing a cart in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man claimed a bank stole his money.

10:56 a.m. Officers were called a report of a bomb threat affecting more than 200 movie theaters across the United States, including one in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. The theater was searched, and nothing suspicious was found.

11:22 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help an injured cyclist at Steamboat Ski Area.

2:10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in Steamboat who received a threatening email from a tenant.

3:08 p.m. A found purse was turned in at the police station.

3:30 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suicide attempt in Steamboat.

4:11 p.m. Firefighters were called to help an injured cyclist at Steamboat Ski Area.

5:13 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a motorcycle crash at Jack Creek Road and Routt County Road 14 near Oak Creek. The male and female on the motorcycle were conscious after the crash and were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

7:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 1700 block of Brome Drive.

7:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a minor who stole alcohol from a business in the 2500 block of Village Drive.

8:15 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a reckless driver near mile marker 120 on U.S. Highway 40. A citation was issued.

9:17 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a noninjury crash near mile marker six on C.R. 59 near Hayden.

9:19 p.m. Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear on Balsam Court.

9:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bike stolen from Howelsen Hill. The bike was found on a softball field.

9:57 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car in the 1600 block of 13th Street.

10:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of vandalism at a bus stop near Indian Trails.

10:34 p.m. Firefighters were called to help a person having a medical issue at Steamboat Ski Area.

10:38 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a juveniles who were out of control and had a bonfire in the 33300 block of C.R. 24. A warning was given.

10:53 p.m. Firefighters were called to help a person with trauma at a bar in the first block of Seventh Street.

11:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken driver on Fish Creek Falls Road.

11:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 1000 block of The Boulevard. It was quiet when officers arrived.
