Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:25 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a fight at a bar in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A citation was issued to a minor for possessing alcohol.

1:04 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:50 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to check on the welfare of a 22-year-old man in the 400 block of Willow Bend in Oak Creek.

8:45 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who was threatened in the 1900 block of Cornice Road. The woman said a co-worker had put arsenic in her air vents in an attempt to poison her. Police think the report was unfounded.

9:58 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of an item missing from a home in the 27600 block of Whitewood Drive.

10:21 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. A highly intoxicated man was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center and then to detox.

10:49 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person having an allergic reaction in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

12:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident in the first block of Seventh Street.

1:46 p.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with back pain in the 13800 block of Routt County Road 7.

2:22 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident at Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue.

2:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing in the 1900 block of Cornice Road.

2:40 p.m. Officers were called to a report of shoplifting in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. A teenage boy took a jug of supplement powder and ran away when confronted.

3:21 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a burglary in the 28300 block of C.R. 14. It looked like someone had entered an empty house through a window, and it still was being determined whether anything was missing.

4:52 p.m. A person came to the police department and reported a fraud. The person said tickets had been sold to high school parents for a cheerleading clinic, and the clinic never was held.

5:16 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car window that had been damaged in the 100 block of East First Street in Oak Creek.

7:03 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a 12-year-old girl who had been knocked down by a cow at the Routt County Fair. The girl had minor injuries and was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

7:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 1300 block of Indian Trails.

8:14 p.m. Officers were called to a noise complaint on Cedar Court.

8:41 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of gunshots heard near River Road.

9:52 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an illegal burn at Lupine and Cherry Drives.
