Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:59 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a disturbance at a restaurant in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. People had climbed up to the rooftop patio and were throwing off light bulbs and chairs. They were gone when officers arrived.
2:42 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. It was gone when officers arrived.
5:35 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a convenience store employee who found a bag of marijuana in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. It later was discovered to be pipe tobacco.
8:33 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear that had gotten into unsecured trash cans in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.
12:23 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to check on the welfare of a person near mile marker 32 on Colorado Highway 131.
1:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a gym employee sleeping at the gym without permission in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
1:14 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a theft at Haymaker Golf Course.
1:14 p.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with a back injury in the 13800 block of C.R. 7.
2:26 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident at Lincoln Avenue and Weiss Drive.
2:30 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person that was dumping sewage into a drain illegally from a motor home at Yampa and Seventh Streets. It turned out being clean water that was leaking from the motor home.
2:41 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:02 p.m. Firefighters were called to help an injured cyclist at the base of Steamboat Ski Area.
5:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road.
6:10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear on Ore House Plaza.
6:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident at Pine Grove and Mount Werner Roads.
6:39 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who had a high fever in the 100 block of South Fifth Street.
6:35 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of criminal mischief in the 33800 block of Sky Valley Drive.
8:39 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person that was being harassed in the 400 block of Howelsen Parkway.
8:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person bit by an animal in the 500 block of Eaglepointe Court.
9:57 p.m. Officers were called to a noise complaint in the 1200 block of Buckskin Drive.
10:21 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of an illegal burn at the Meadows Campground on Rabbit Ears Pass.
11:25 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a diabetic person in the 1100 block of Merritt Street.
10:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear on Mount Werner Road.
11:04 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 700 block of Conifer Circle.
11:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive.
