Steamboat briefs: Police host local site for drug take-back program
The Steamboat Springs Police Department is hosting a Prescription Drug Take-Back event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the police department’s lobby at 840 Yampa St.

9:25 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a theft in the 21000 block of Colorado Highway 131. Deputies said a juvenile took a four-wheeler and crashed it into a ditch. The incident is under investigation.
